Design and implement territory planning and lead scoring models.
Administer and enhance CRM tools (HubSpot) and other sales systems.
Implement growth strategies, capture market signals, and support strategic planning.
Train and enable the sales team with tools, processes, and insights.
1+ years in sales operations, with expertise in data analysis and CRM systems. Preferably Hubspot.
Experience building and implementing growth strategies and frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration in a high-growth environment.
Fluent in English. French is a plus.
