Job description

Your mission

As our Head of Sales, you will be at the crossroads of strategy and execution. You will not only contribute directly to sales efforts but also oversee the team’s success, ensuring alignment with our international revenue goals.

Key responsibilities

  1. Hands-On Sales Execution

    • Actively manage your own pipeline: conduct demos, engage with leads, and close deals to contribute to team revenue.

    • Be a role model (lead by example) for the team by demonstrating exceptional sales techniques and tactics and stay connected to our sector.

  2. Team Leadership & Enablement

    • Lead and motivate a team of currently 5 Account Executives (AEs) organized by Region and 1 Outbound Specialist to hit ambitious KPIs and targets.

    • Develop and refine sales tactics, ensuring they align with the evolving Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and product developments.

    • Lead and Collaborate with Product Marketing to build effective sales enablement tools (e.g., playbooks, commercial / value selling and sales collateral).

    • Build and continuously improve the Sales playbook.

  3. Outbound Strategy Ownership

    • Oversee outbound efforts, working closely with the team to optimize tactics and ensure quality lead generation.

    • Experiment with and implement outbound strategies to expand our market reach.

  4. Sales Strategy & KPI Management

    • Work directly with the CEO on go-to-market strategies for new product offerings and new markets.

    • Drive predictability in sales forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting and KPI management with the COO.

    • Regularly analyze and adjust the team’s approach based on data, market trends, and feedback.

Preferred experience

Experience

  • 5+ years in Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Previous experience in SaaS or platform sales is a strong plus.

  • Experience in a start-up environment is highly desirable.

Skills

  • Skills:

    • Expertise in mid-market/enterprise sales and team management.

    • Proven ability to foster collaboration across teams (Product Marketing, Product, and CSM).

    • English fluency is required; the company is French-American but French is non-mandatory.

    • Knowledge of our current CSM platform (Hubspot) is a plus.


Recruitment process

  1. A first 20-minutes phone call with the CEO to understand your project and answer your most important questions about Qomon.

  2. A demo of our product and the opportunity to interact with another team member of the Revenue team, and if you visit the office, a coffee with your potential coworkers.

  3. A 1-hour interview to delve into the details of the position and address any questions (either via video call or in-person) with a member of the Sales team.

  4. A Use Case followed by a presentation Interview with the 2 cofounders and another member of the Sales team.

  5. A values and culture call with our COO.

  6. Final call with one or two of our advisors.
