For our Operations team we are looking for a SharePoint/MS Teams administrator to manage our Office365 Collaboration environment.

You will be configuring our Office365 Collaboration platform, adding document libraries, and maintain shared storage space, migrate from on-prem instances and prepare environment for effective filesharing.

To ensure success as a Collaboration Tool Administrator, you should proof solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and the ability to create a positive experience for end-users. An outstanding administrator will be someone whose expertise results in smooth integration and efficient online collaboration.

Your role in our future:

  • Installing the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries.
  • Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
  • Performing maintenance and migration of the SharePoint platform.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions.
  • Providing SharePoint support and end-user training.
  • Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
  • Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
  • Reviewing usage and activity reports and adjusting ensure optimized user-experiences.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar.
  • Experience as a Office365 administrator - focused on SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as PowerShell, Power BI, is welcome
  • Knowledge of SharePoint tools, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
  • Collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
