Rejoignez l’aventure Quadient au poste de Technicien Service Client, et apportez votre contribution sur une multitude de produits : machine à affranchir les colis ou encore, consigne de casier automatique : une belle occasion pour monter en compétences grâce la variété de projets qui vous seront confiés !
Votre quotidien
• Appelle le client avant toute intervention ou pour tout report d’intervention
• Installe, effectue la maintenance et désinstalle nos solutions Hauts Volumes
• Remonte les informations pour la mise à jour du parc dans les systèmes d’information et assure un reporting selon les process de l’entreprise. Participe à la qualification et au diagnostic de niveau 2
• Assure les formations clients
• Contribue à l’amélioration des produits et des process en remontant les informations terrain et en proposant des solutions
• Assure une relation technique et commerciale avec les clients conforme à l’image et aux engagements de l’entreprise. Participe notamment au développement du chiffre d’affaires de l’entreprise (indications commerciales, propose des contrats de services …)
