Here’s where you come in:

You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the Finance function.

You will ensure the development of relevant financial information and timely financial budgeting and planning.

You will manage and control the organization’s financial processes, leading a culture of good stewardship that balances strategic alignment with innovation and creativity.

You will lead:

• Daily Financial Management - including Financial Strategy, Planning, Monitoring KPIs,

• Budgeting and Reporting (including Board reporting),

• Cash flow management (analysis and management of forecasts, optimization of WCR, search for financing),

• Support and preparation of strategic operations (business plan, equity transactions, international development, etc.),

• Implementation of IT Finance when needed,

• Implement best practice procurement practices to improve effectiveness and reduce costs

Vous serez responsable de la stratégie financière de l’entreprise, en garantissant une vision claire et un pilotage efficace.

Vous assurerez la production d’informations financières pertinentes et une planification budgétaire optimisée.

Vous serez le garant d’une gestion financière rigoureuse, alliant performance, innovation et alignement stratégique.

Vous serez le chef de file :

• Gestion financière au quotidien : définition et mise en œuvre de la stratégie financière, planification, suivi des KPIs,

• Budget et reporting (y compris reporting au Conseil d’Administration),

• Gestion de la trésorerie : analyse et gestion des prévisions, optimisation du BFR, recherche de financements,

• Support et préparation d’opérations stratégiques : élaboration de business plans, transactions en capital, développement international, etc.,

• Mise en place de solutions IT Finance si nécessaire,

• Optimisation des achats et mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques pour améliorer l’efficacité et réduire les coûts.

• In-depth knowledge of management and financial accounting, planning and analysis.

• Experience of Treasury and currency exchange management. Experience of Banking or micro-enterprise experience would be an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills in French and English. Excellent interpersonal skills required to work effectively in QuantCube’s international environment.

• Proven problem-solving capabilities with strong ability to identify risks and opportunities

• Leadership, motivational and change management skills: proven senior management experience in a complex environment, including the ability to lead a multi-disciplinary team.

• A deep personal commitment to QuantCube’s vision, mission and core values.

• Leadership experience in Tech scaleups is strongly preferred.

• Expertise approfondie en comptabilité de gestion et financière, en planification et en analyse.

• Capacité avérée à résoudre des problèmes, avec une forte aptitude à identifier les risques et opportunités.

• Leadership affirmé, capacité à motiver et à gérer le changement : expérience confirmée en gestion de haut niveau dans un environnement complexe, incluant la direction d’équipes pluridisciplinaires.

• Engagement profond envers la vision, la mission et les valeurs fondamentales de QuantCube.

• Expérience en leadership dans des scale-ups technologiques fortement souhaitée.
