We’re looking for a Marketing Lead for Quantis France to replace our current Marketing Lead during her maternity leave. In this role you will ensure supporting Quantis’ growth efforts by building strategic market positioning efforts and deploying operational marketing actions. You will generate visibility for Quantis in the French market, its people and its diverse service offering.

  • You communicate clearly and succinctly in fluent French and English.
  • You have a talent to create engagement with peers and partners and exceptional project management skills.
  • You’re a team player who works quickly, independently and on schedule. Your analytical and organizational skills are top-notch.
  • Ideally you have a university degree in marketing, business, communications, strategy, sustainability, or similar discipline. A master's degree would be a plus.

 

As our Marketing Lead France, here’s a preview of what type of work your days will include: 

Events & Conferences

  • Lead and ensure the success of Quantis participation to sustainability and sectorial events and conferences (preparation and execution).
  • Manage relationships with vendors, organizers and attendees as well as on-site event presence if needed.
  • Strengthen our visibility and oversee the creation and delivery of marketing collateral related to the event (social media promotion, presentation, website, etc.).

Marketing materials + Operations

  • Develop branch-specific marketing materials (case studies, presentations, thought leadership, webinars...) and communications content (website, social media...) in coordination with Group Marketing+Communications team.
  • Build local relevance through expert exposure on social media and increase local Linkedin engagement (Impressions, click through rate, etc.)
  • Provide support, marketing perspective and training to business development teams (local and sectorial), as needed.
  • Coordinate and report on branch marketing and business development activities and results; communicate regularly with other marketing and communications colleagues across branches.

Planning + Reporting

  • Set and reach annual performance KPIs on branch marketing efforts and track and report monthly on branch marketing activities.
  • Manage branch marketing budgets and reporting.
  • Build a branch-level marketing action plan to develop and deploy marketing and new account acquisition campaigns aligned with branch and global business objectives; work closely with business developers in successful execution.

Some logistics to consider 

  • Location: Paris (hybrid) 
  • Contract: Temporary (CDD), 6 months 
  • Start date: October 
  • Frequent collaboration with other Quantis branches (Germany, Italy, Switzerland and the U.S.) via web conferences, primarily in English
