Does this describe you and your next role?
- You’re motivated to put your technical expertise to work towards our mission of aligning businesses with Planetary Boundaries.
- You have 3+ years relevant experience, ideally in a management consulting firm or a brand strategy consultancy, working on ESG strategy, strategic marketing communications, stakeholder engagement, change management and CSRD projects.
- You have a passion for sustainability topics
- You have strong client-facing skills, with the ability to understand client needs and manage relationships.
- You have professional experience performing, managing, interpreting and communicating on results and sustainability topics, in consulting, industry and/or academic context.
- You have some knowledge working in the area of sustainability reporting, materiality assessment, ESG strategy design and implementation
- Your analytical and organizational skills are top-notch. You’re able to quickly understand technical & complex topics and can translate them to a non-technical audience.
- You’re able to generate valuable insights from analysis, and the preparation of clear and compelling reports and narratives.
- You’re motivated for teamwork and supporting a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French/German is an advantage.
As a Sustainability Specialist - Communications & Engagement, here’s a preview of what your days will include:
- Supporting strategy-related communications sustainability projects (including stakeholder engagement, double materiality assessments, communications strategy, and ESG reporting), including developing project materials, based on project scope and client needs, facilitating engagement workshops and hosting training sessions
- Collaborating with the project team to develop customized solutions to address clients’ sustainability-related challenges, developing client recommendations on sustainability with guidance from other Quantisians
- Reviewing client communications and sustainability materials and help shaping client’s sustainability strategy, framework and/or ESG report
- Supporting the project team to communicate compelling reports and presentations of analyses, results, insights, and recommendations
- Researching and drafting content for presentations, reports, and other communications
- Crafting communication and engagement solutions for internal and external audiences.
- Supporting the project team in helping clients in their understanding and implementation of sustainability solutions.
