ABOUT:

Qynapse is on a mission to advance the accuracy and reliability of central nervous diseases (CNS) screening and monitoring in both clinical routine settings and in clinical trial applications.

Headquartered in France, in the United States and in Canada, the Qynapse neuroscience team, with the support and guidance of CNS disease experts around the world, is wholly dedicated to aspiring to build tools and software that analyze brain images and other markers of neurodegeneration to create the clearest, most accurate and reliable predictors and objective measures of CNS disorders, such as Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease.

JOB DESCRIPTION & MISSION:

We are looking for a Business Developer for our Healthcare Business Unit.  This person will be responsible for driving growth and expanding Qynapse’s market presence. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting Qynapse’s innovative neuroimaging software solutions.

The Business Developper will have the following key responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the EMEA region.

Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.

Analyze competitive landscape and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Business Development

Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, and distribution platforms

Promote Qynapse’s products, QyScore® and QyPredict®, highlighting their unique value propositions.

Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), healthcare professionals, and industry partners.

Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of business strategies.

Communicate market feedback and customer needs to internal teams to drive continuous improvement of products and services.

Reporting and Documentation

Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, progress, and results.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.


Preferred experience

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

  • Knowledge of IT software solutions, PACS, AI solutions in medical environments

  • Good understanding of CNS diseases and of the neuroimaging market

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required
