MISSION:
We are looking for a Product Manager for our Healthcare Business Unit, with the following missions:
• Lead the product roadmap and strategy for our platforms, focusing on enhancing accuracy, reliability, and usability.
• Conduct market research and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify market needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
• Define product requirements, features, and enhancements based on customer feedback, clinical insights, and technological advancements.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams to prioritize and execute product development initiatives in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive product adoption, positioning,
and go-to-market strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners, providing product expertise and support.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product performance and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.
• Stay informed about regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to CNS screening and monitoring software solutions.
IT/Computer sciences/healthcare informatics background preferred
5 years of experience in product management roles, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of successfully driving product initiatives from conception to launch
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management tools
Organized and autonomous
Operational and proactive
Neuroimaging & CNS notions is a plus
English, French (is a plus but not required)
