Job description

🚀As Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our visual identity and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. You will work closely with the communications and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and designs that resonate with our target audiences.

·  Brand Identity Development: Create and maintain a strong visual identity that reflects the company’s brand values and engages our target audiences.

·       Design Asset Creation: Develop and design various digital assets, including graphics, social media visuals, email templates, and online advertisements.

·       Creative Concepts: Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing and communications campaigns, promotional materials, and brand collateral.

·       Print Materials: Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and banners.

·       Brand Guidelines: Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.

·       Internal Communications: Provide creative support for internal communications

and presentations.

·       Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the overall creative process.

·       Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design ideas into the brand strategy


Preferred experience

🎓 Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

🥇 Experience: 5-10 years of experience as a brand designer, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.

💻 Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.

💪Key qualities: Strong understanding of branding principles and best practices.
