With a strong presence in 70+ countries, we operate in a vibrant, startup-like environment. This role focuses on growing our B2B sales in the fast-expanding EUROPE region for Rail Europe.
Responsibilities:
🔍 Prospecting (45%)
Research and reach out to potential travel industry clients.
Generate and qualify leads via calls/emails.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
📊 Salesforce & Back-Office (15%)
Manage the Salesforce CRM for the European sales team.
Handle key account contracts and data updates.
Generate reports to track sales performance.
🎓 Travel Agent Training (10%)
Develop and deliver training programs.
Ensure agents are up-to-date on products.
💬 Customer Support (10%)
Provide excellent support and resolve client issues.
Collaborate with support teams to maintain high satisfaction.
👥 Account Management (10%)
Oversee B2B web portal accounts.
Assist with account-related inquiries.

Education:
🎓 A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
Experience:
📊 2+ years of sales-related experience in a similar position with a proven track record.
🚆 Experience in the travel industry is essential, with a preference for knowledge in the train sector.
Skills:
🌍 Fluent in English/Spanish Italian or German would be a plus.
🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⏰ Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
💪 Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
💻 Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
📑 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
