🚀 As a Senior Product Manager in the Travel Experience Division at Rail Europe, you will play a vital role in enhancing our e-commerce platforms. Leading a cross-functional team, you’ll deliver innovative solutions that improve the customer experience across our mobile app, website, and booking flow.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Product Execution: Lead end-to-end product initiatives, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality outcomes.

  • Feature Prioritization: Prioritize features and backlog items based on business value and user impact.

  • Agile Methodology: Implement Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver products iteratively and efficiently.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, data analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and execution.

  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use data analytics tools to assess product performance, pinpoint optimization opportunities, and make informed decisions.

  • A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests to validate assumptions and refine product features.

  • Trend Analysis: Monitor key metrics and identify emerging trends to inform product strategy.

  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders, including technical teams and business leadership.


Preferred experience

  • 🎓 Educational Background: Master’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field.

  • 🥇 Experience: 4+ years as a Product Manager in a B2C environment, ideally in travel or mobility.

  • 💻 Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of digital products, user experience, and web technologies, with the ability to create clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • 📊 Analytical Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis, with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex data sets.

  • 🧪 A/B Testing: Experienced in using A/B testing tools (e.g., Kameleoon) to validate and improve features.

  • 🧠 Problem-Solving: A creative, critical thinker who devises innovative solutions.

  • 🔄 Adaptability: Quick to learn and adapt to changing priorities and new challenges.

  • 🗣️ Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas.
