Matthias began his career in 2010 in digital consulting at Omnicom, before joining Re-Mind, France's leading independent agency.
During his ten years there, he tried his hand at 3 different jobs, combining buying negotiation & tracking with multi-media consulting. He joins Rakuten Advertising's Sales team in 2019, in charge of marketing digital solutions.

Adrien began his career in 2011 with a software publisher developing knowledge management tools for various customers. He then worked in the world of finance (cash equities, asset management) on tools used by trading teams. He joined Rakuten Advertising in 2018, initially to work on a real-time prediction platform to buy advertising inventory on behalf of their clients. His team is now in charge of industrializing machine learning algorithms.
What does he like about Rakuten Advertising? He likes working in a high-tech, performance-oriented environment. He also appreciates Rakuten Advertising's solid and ambitious international structure.
His biggest flaw? He often hides in the back of the open space behind his screens... to eat all the candy in the office!
Ludovic began his career in 2013 as a data analyst in the Business Intelligence team at Nextperformance, a start-up specializing in dynamic retargeting. Working in a highly agile environment, he collaborates not only with the sales teams, but also with the product teams and Data Science in particular, to constantly improve the retargeting product. In 2016, Nextperf was acquired by Rakuten Advertising.
What does he like about Rakuten Advertising? The multitude of cultures. He works with people all over the world; and even within the Paris office there are people from all walks of life.
His biggest flaw? He likes to tease his colleagues in the open space, maybe a bit too much sometimes.
Nina has been working in the field of human resources since her studies, and thanks to her experience has been able to add an international dimension to her profile. Today, she works as a business partner in several countries, supporting managers in employee development.
What does she like about Rakuten Advertising? Growing up in a global, dynamic organization, working alongside an experienced, specialized team that supports a strong human resources strategy.
Her biggest weakness? Humming songs in open-space.
Oriane began her professional career at Rakuten Advertising in 2019. For the past 5 years she has devoted her time to making Rakuten Advertising's employees happy and completely renovating the premises. To date, she thinks she's pretty good at it because she's never received a complaint, or almost never... Except when she forgets to do the shopping 😉.
Today she manages the work environment at Rakuten Advertising in Paris. What does she like about Rakuten Advertising? She finds that the atmosphere is very good between employees, that there's a real team cohesion that makes the work atmosphere very pleasant.
Her biggest flaw? She talks to herself in front of her computer ... which may seem a little odd if you don't know her ^^.
