As Implementation manager, your role will be to :
Be in charge of end-to-end deployment projects - from the kick-off meeting to complete adoption
Lead change management within our health providers customers: become an expert on healthcare organizations, train our users and recommend the best care pathways to monitor patients in each context
Manage interoperability implementation projects with our health providers customers
Ensure efficient internal collaboration: with the sales team to onboard new signed clients, with the tech teams regarding IT integration and product feedback, with the customer care team regarding long-term client follow-up.
