As a Global Account Executive, you will complete full sale cycles to generate new customers within Mid-Market & Enterprise accounts across the Life Sciences Industry. As a collaborative and entrepreneurial thinker, you’ll bring our solutions to market and maximize their impact.
Our Life Sciences division partners with Global Pharmas & Biotechs to scale the Patient Voice across the entire oncology value chain. We empower clients from clinical development to routine care, leveraging tech & data to improve research and health outcomes.
Generating new business opportunities
Sourcing and qualifying leads to generate new business opportunities;
Developing a plan for your perimeter that includes pro-active and consistent new business generation
Running a high-performance end-to-end sales process
Performing in depth discovery processes with prospective clients to understand their key pain points and business objectives
Drive the value proposition and messaging throughout the sales process, from discovery, demo through proposal
Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to demonstrate Resilience’s value proposition to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to present a tailored proposal and run negotiations and contracting processes with the client
Developing strategic and high-value enterprise accounts
Stakeholder mapping & Value propositions
Key performance indicators, goals and objectives
Measuring and delivering against account KPIs
Growing, monitoring and analyzing your performance
Monitoring sales activity and controlling pipeline against quota
Managing and evangelizing your own commercial customers, paying attention to up-sale opportunities
Attending conferences and events to network and keeping up-to-date with industry trends to engage customers
Analyzing performance and delivering insights to leadership
Gabriel (Solutions Engineer) joined Resilience after +3 years as an HealthTech investor. He'll be your brainstorming buddy and will help you navigate all sorts of challenges! He lives in Paris and is not that far from being a professional Poker player (well, according to him).
Lucas was one of Resilience early employees after working in venture capital & business development. He lives in Paris, is a pastry-enthusiast and most of all, is the #1 fan of Novak Djokovic.
3+ years of XP with a consultative approach to selling software/tech solutions or services to mid-market/enterprise clients
3+ years of XP in the life sciences industry
Strong track record of managing full sales cycles, performing at and exceeding quotas
Have excellent emotional intelligence and great listening skills
Are able to work independently and as part of a team
Are proactive, a real go getter and doer
Experience working with clients that are involved in real-world evidence generation
Relevant understanding of the clinical research industry & clinical guidelines (ICH-GCP - Good Clinical Practice, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, etc.)
Are fluent in both English and French
