The position

Job description

You will be part of the Administrative and Financial Department team whose roles within the group are as follows: 

  • Management control: preparation of a provisional P&L, monitoring of progress and re-forecasting (projects in progress, commercial proposals in progress), analysis of performance by project and by team;

  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounting data;

  • Monitoring of cash flow forecasts and comparison with reality;

In this context, you will be trained to be in charge of the following subjects:

  • Responsible for monitoring the progress of projects during the monthly closing of turnover for France (before communication to accounting and Top Management);

  • Responsible for monitoring the subcontracting costs of the Change Management activity;

  • Privileged interlocutor of the teams for the time management software for the Service activity: work of creating projects, checking the completeness of times and communicating the chargeability KPIS to team leaders and Top Management.

Your role will also be to assist the team in particular on the following subjects:

  • Participation in regular project progress reviews with team leaders;

  • Participation in the customer invoicing process in relation to sales representatives and project managers when ordering and with the person who does customer invoicing;

  • Assistance with management control: participation in monitoring the group’s performance, building new financial analyzes at the level of France and the Group.


Preferred experience

Coming from a Grande Ecole training (Business School / Engineer), you want to evolve in a young, international and very dynamic environment. A first experience in a consulting firm or a start-up would be a plus.

Practical and contractual aspects

  • Contract: 24-month apprenticeship contract depending on the profile, with a 3 days at work and 2 days at school rhythm

  • Remuneration: to be defined according to profile

  • Advantages: restaurant tickets & 50% of the transport ticket refunded

  • Location: Paris Beaubourg (M° Beaubourg) - partial telecommuting possible
