About the job

  • You’ll be a key actor, reinforcing our cloud expert teams, not only for our M365 customers, but also for other cloud technologies such as Google and AWS, in a team of 30 experienced members with a broad range of expertise: Infrastructure, Cloud Specialists, Functional consultants and Project Managers.

  • We are seeking a motivated and eager Junior System Administrator to join our IT team. This role will play a key role in supporting our IT infrastructure, with a specific focus on cloud environments and collaboration tools. You will assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of our on-premises and cloud-based systems, ensuring smooth operation and user accessibility.

Core responsibilities

  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and software, both on-premises and in the cloud (e.g., Microsoft 365,Workspace, Azure, GCP)

  • Participate in the migration of existing systems to the cloud, ensuring efficient and secure transitions

  • Perform routine backups and disaster recovery drills for both on-premises and cloud environments

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues across both environments

  • Assist with user account management and access controls for both cloud platforms and collaboration tools

  • Demonstrate proficiency in managing a cloud-based collaboration platform (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) including user provisioning, security settings, and group management

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest cloud technologies, collaboration tools best practices, and security protocols

  • Document IT procedures and processes related to cloud environments and collaboration tools

  • Collaborate effectively with the IT team to ensure efficient and seamless operations

Preferred experience

Your qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2 years of experience in system administration, with some exposure to cloud environments preferred

  • Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems

  • Familiarity with basic cloud computing concepts and services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

  • Proficiency in a leading cloud-based collaboration platform (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace), including user management, security settings, and data governance

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn

  • Proficient in English, oral and written.
