Employees living within 100 km of the office can opt for a hybrid contract, with the flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
Spend at least 2 days in the office to connect and collaborate in person, while also having the opportunity to occasionally work from another office in Switzerland or Serbia.

We are lucky to be located in the Sophia Antipolis technology park, a dynamic ecosystem shaped by the presence of leading French Tech companies.
Located in the heart of Sophia-Antipolis, our office shares a garden, a swimming pool and a tennis court with other companies.
We moved into this office in 2018 after 6 months of renovation works. We have a total of 600 m², with the work café at the heart of our office — the place where we gather to share a cup of coffee, exchange ideas, and get all excited over a foosball game.
At SMG, we do our utmost to encourage the personal development of our engineers. Different steps lead to seniority, and then everyone can choose to follow the path of technical expertise (Principal Engineer) or move towards management (Engineering Manager).
This development is supported by a thoughtful mix of coaching, training and increasing responsibility throughout the career, and is accompanied by salary progression.

Life at SMG is punctuated by a few key rituals that keep everyone connected and inspired.
Every trimester, we gather for our SMG Town Hall, where leadership shares company news, strategic updates, and key milestones. It’s also a moment to celebrate achievements and align on what’s next for the business.
Every month, teams meet for State of the ART (Anibis, Ricardo & Tutti), a session dedicated to sharing achievements, learnings, and team news across our marketplaces.
Every 2 years, we organize a company-wide offsite bringing colleagues together from across SMG. The last one took place in Engelberg, Switzerland, with three days of workshops, discussions, and team-building activities in the mountains.
In the alternate years, each business unit organizes its own offsite, giving teams dedicated time to connect, reflect, and plan for the future.
