Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent & Learning Manager to join our HR Corporate team based in Lille (La Madeleine) on a permanent contract.

In light of our company's expansion, this role is crucial in designing, implementing, and managing talent development initiatives that align with our strategic goals.

The Talent & Learning Manager will collaborate across entities and geographies to ensure our workforce is skilled, engaged, and prepared for future challenges.

Your mission?

As the Global Talent & Learning Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and aligning the global talent and learning strategy and policies with the company culture, leadership, and workforce development needs.

As part of the Corporate Center of Expertise, you will bring innovation and best practices to maintain our HR function as best-in-class.

You will lead a team of three direct reports:

  • Learning Specialist
  • Talent Development Specialist
  • Apprentice

Promote a Performance-Driven Culture

  • Define policies and processes, ensuring their implementation in the Global HRIS and within the group.
  • Design, improve and support the employee performance cycle.
  • Foster a performance and value creation culture among employees and management through the design, deployment, and enhancement of people-related processes.
  • Support the performance process through the Global HRIS.

Develop Talent and Succession Planning to ensure organization robustness & skills readiness to meet our business ambitions

  • Define and implement talent development strategy, policies and processes to support organizational performance, maintain a robust talent pipeline, and ensure effective succession planning across geographies.
  • Facilitate People Review processes across the organization.
  • Establish frameworks for identifying & assessing high-potential employees.
  • Design global development programs and toolkits
  • Lead the Roquette Forward program (young potential program).
  • Support the CHRO on executive succession plans.
  • With HRIS & Data team, frameworks workforce planning process from a qualitative perspective (job catalog, future skills sets…)

Design learning strategies to ensure organization skill required by company culture, technology and business.

  • Design or enhance, promote & deploy global learning strategy & policies for Common culture at Roquette
  • Design Roquette’s Global Leadership program. Rolls out Senior program and ensures entry level and middle management programs roll out locally for a common leadership culture within the company
  • Supports global Compliance programs
  • Develop a continuous learning & professional growth culture across the organization
  • Provide or co-design with a community of experts, competency frameworks to support Company’s workforce strategies
  • Leverage on Global HRIS to support learning strategy deployment as well as on any learning delivery solution (Mooc, video, coaching, mentoring…)

This role is essential in driving Roquette’s talent and learning initiatives, ensuring our workforce is equipped to meet future challenges and contribute to our company's ongoing success.

What we will like about you?

This role requires the ability to influence and engage people across a complex, matrixed organization.

You should have solid experience designing and implementing successful talent development and learning programs.

Strong project management skills are a must, as you’ll be handling multiple projects at once. Good communication and interpersonal skills are key to building relationships and working with different teams.

You’ll also need to be comfortable with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related tools, plus have strong analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data.

Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Corporate Talent Development, Learning related role or Global HRBP role.
    • Comfortable with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related tools
    • Strong analytical skills to make informed decisions based on data.
    • Fluent English.
