The position

Job description

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will work across the stack to design, develop, and deploy features that leverage AI and APIs to provide scalable, secure, and performant solutions. You’ll also engage in continuous product discovery, helping shape our platform to meet client needs dynamically. We’re looking for someone with a passion for building high-performing applications, and a keen understanding of frontend and backend best practices.

You will contribute to all stages of our software lifecycle, from ideation to production deployment, ensuring that our platform consistently delivers value to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in product discovery, working closely with the co-founders and product stakeholders to identify user pain points and translate them into impactful technical solutions.

  • Take a lead role in designing and deploying API-focused architectures, ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems and internal microservices.

  • Implement AI-driven features to enhance the platform’s automation and predictive capabilities.

  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code aligned with best practices in both frontend and backend environments.

  • Ensure our product and platform performance is optimized, and participate in live-site monitoring to maintain reliability.

  • Mentor junior team members and promote best practices across engineering and product development.

  • Be part of the on-call rotation to ensure continuous platform reliability and immediate issue resolution.


Preferred experience

A Bit About You:

  • Extensive experience with React and TypeScript, and a solid understanding of JavaScript ES6, HTML, CSS, and modern web development practices.

  • Go takes a strong part in our stack so strong experience is a plus.

  • Proven ability to build complex, scalable web applications using API-driven and AI-integrated architectures.

  • Experience with front-end build tools and workflows, such as Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, and optimizing applications for maximum speed and efficiency.

  • Experience in backend development with a focus on API-first and AI-enhanced systems.

  • Practical past projects with cloud technologies on AWS, with hands-on deployment experience using Kubernetes as a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience with containerization tools, such as Docker, to support distributed and microservice-based systems.

  • Familiarity with product discovery methodologies and a user-centric approach to problem-solving.

  • A collaborative team player who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

  • Strong communicator in English, with a proactive approach to code reviews, offering constructive feedback and mentoring junior team members.
