1.In charge of all production equipment maintenance and repairing management .
2.Responsible for the daily work arrangement and personnel deployment of the department.
3.Responsible for dealing with emergency incidents and troubleshooting for production machines.
4.In charge of technical upgrades, renovations, and major repairs for old equipment.
5.In charge of spare parts order, storage management, budget control.
6.Department technology document management and control.
7.Responsible for monitoring the execution status of HSE,IP, 5S, 20 minute audit, GPI, etc.
8.Responsible for the planning, execution, and management of departmental QRQC meetings and regular meetings.
9.Cooperate to complete various audits and evaluations of the company
10.To manage the department administration affair.
11.Support manager to make the training plan and performance assessment.
12.Strictly implement safety management regulations and requirements.

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2.Electromechanical or electrical major, with electrical and mechanical knowledge.
3.Electrician license.
4. 5 years management experience in factory.
5. Good level in English and computer.
