- Responsible for mid-term and long-term global performance securing: ensure long term serial production delivery sustainability by rate readiness assessment and risk or crisis analysis
- Responsible for program reporting to customer (Provide all necessary information to recover customer confidence on program management control)
- Analyze data and establish the serial production schedule and targets to meet the sales order/demand forecast
- Manage the industrial scheme activities and drumbeat the cost through driven make and buy
- Manage the transfer between Make and Buy by planning/maintaining the Order vs Requirement Matrix (OVRM)
- Manage local site level production program meeting and coordinate with other function managers in planning and implementing manufacturing program
- Advise management on manufacturing activities, performance and results and recommends corrective actions relating to delayed schedules, excessive costs, material shortages and other deterrent factors
- Coordinate the implementation of design changes, define embodiment rank
- Drives problem solving and program improvement activities (run time and lead time reduction) together with program representatives of Manufacturing Engineering and Quality department
- Support new product introduction
- Control product group inventories level to reach company objectives
- Develop Power BI or automatic report to improve PPM report process
- Build up the BOM management process
- Other activity assigned by department manager

1. Bachelor degree in Production Management or Supply Chain Management or Mechanical Engineering or Commercial Business Major
2. More than 5 years' experience in Production Management or Supply Chain Management or Process/Manufacturing Engineering (in the Mechanical Serial Production. Automotive, Aerospace industry preferred)
3.Fluent in both spoken and written English
4. MS Office and ERP system. Skill in Excel macro or Power BI is a plus.
