1. General Responsibilities
The Quality manager supports the general manager by sharing responsibilities and providing backup in critical business situations to ensure continuity of leadership.
•Assist the General Manager and the other department Managers in performing the HSE responsibilities as mentioned in SXAC 0051 HSE Manual, HSE procedures and HSE instructions
•In the process of operation, employees shall strictly implement the HSE duties of the post
•Follow all Quality requirements and regulations for him/her and his/her team
One Safran Process scope of responsibilities:
•QUA : Manage Quality
•FAC : Provide Means and Facilities to Measurement equipments management sub-process
2. Business Process Manager (BPM)
As BPM of the QUA process and the “Measurement equipments management” sub-process in the company, you will be responsible of:
•Implement the process within the company according to the One Safran standards and Safran requirements
•Measure the performance of this process. Alert and propose some actions in order to improve its efficiency and performance
•Ensure the consistency between this process and the others processes in interface with it,
•Identify the risks and opportunities of the process
•Pilot the improvement roadmap in order to improve the process maturity
•Prepare and host the process regular reviews
3. Manage quality
The main purpose of the QUA process is to support a management system that gives customers and authorities confidence in our ability to meet their requirements in a sustainable manner and systematically addresses non-compliance and their causes in all our processes

4. Measuring equipements management
Measuring instruments make it possible to disassemble the conformity of our products; it is therefore essential to master this equipment.
•Calibration and metrology
•Metallurgical and mechanical laboratory management
•7-10 years related working experience.
•Extensive knowledge of ISO/AS 9100 and others quality related standards.
•Familiar with SAFRAN AE's quality system and requirements.
•Good command of problem solving tools (8D, RCA…) and improvement methods (Lean Sigma, FMEA, 5S…).
•Good management skills.
•Fluent in English for oral and written communication.
•Responsible, rigorous, autonomous, team spirit and strong ability for transverse work.
