Your responsibilities
1. Holistic leadership of R&D thermal engineering team both from organizational and technical perspectives (from requirement to the final solution)
2. Day-to-day cooperation with internal and external stakeholders from R&D office at various stages of the project, conceptual to change in definition
3. Supervise, track and report progress of activities and projects within Work Unit
4. Full accountability for agreeing the new activities, defining deadlines, tracking and reporting work progress in direct contact with internal stakeholders
5. Define roadmap for development of team responsibilities and competences
1. Language: English, C1
2. Master degree in engineering
3. Teamwork, analytical thinking, self-motivation, ‘can-do' attitude and decision-making skills
4. In-depth understanding of thermal and fluid mechanics theory
5. Professional experience within thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, performance or energy engineering
6. Strong technical and team leading skills
7. Ability to empower and motivate people
8. CFD simulation experience (Ansys FLUENT or other)
