Duties and responsibilities:
任务和职责：
 Lead some specific improvement projects defined by manager or organization (such
as implementation of Tooling management, Human factor project, etc.)
负责一些上级领导指定的特殊项目（例如，工装管理项目的落实，人为因素项目等等）
 Shroud line (Component of aircraft engine) machining abnormal data collection and
analysis (alarm, fixture issue, dimension abnormal, etc.)
封严块线(飞机发动机部件)加工过程中的异常状态的信息收集与分析（例如报警，工装
问题，和尺寸异常等）
 Take part into problem analysis with quality tools like 5W, RPO, fish bone, etc.
利用相关质量工具参与到问题调查与分析过程
 Set Preventive maintenance criteria for tooling and spare part list.
建立工装的 PM 标准和备件清单。
 Other tasks assigned by tutor
