The position

Job description

Responsible for creating and updating operations schedules in order to meet customer demand and internal priorities.

2) Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Create and update the daily master schedule for the Shop (Part21 Production & Part145 MRO).
* Coordinate and execute cross-training plan for the Shop (Part21 Production & Part145 MRO).
* Reports key metrics associated with Operations Schedule activity and identify trends and events.
* Provide Customer Support team and Master Planner with status for units in work.
* Work closely with Product Line Supervisor to maximize productivity based on manpower/time available and handle rework in case of QA rejections.
* Work closely with all departments to ensure best reactivity to situations such as QA rejections, Quote approval, part shortages, engineering stoppage, etc.
* Perform Quote Review and handle directly service to vendor, exchanges and scrap approvals
- Track and update status for the AOG, Priority units in SharePoint
- Additional duties, as assigned
