Job description

Supply Chain Officer based in Customer headquarter at Cathay City in Hong Kong report directly to the Senior Program Manager. Supply Chain Officer needs to be experienced in Data analysis, Supply chain, Inventory management, Reporting and Database Admin.
Supply Chain Management Duties & Responsabilities

• Place, follow and track order
• Manage slow moving stock and stock levels
• Provide analysis regarding stock level and Spares consumption
• Organize inventory audit
• Ensure timely delivery of Spare Parts
• Retrieve and input data into database from various sources.
• Synchronize IT systems between different Safran Seats entities & Customer system for inward and outward moving spares.
• Create database to support operational requirements such as KPI performance clearance, PO/RO tracking and inventory management.
• Create operational, KPI and financial reports
• Maintain database project for ADD clearance
• Coordinate any IT projects with Head office and Customer and/or its sub-contractor for Customer Support Service
• Understands commercial and contractual principals
• Help reach and/or surpass contractual KPI's


Preferred experience

• 3 years minimum experienced in Supply Chain
• Effective communicator
• Fluent in English and Chinese, French is a plus
• MS Office / PowerBi
