Remote working : 2 days remote working, 3 days on site

Your job? As a Data Analyst, you will have a direct impact on the business by deriving insights from Data and ensuring the quality, usability, and security of Sanofi’s data.

Sanofi currently has great opportunities to join our R&D Accelerator. You will have a chance to help build our Digital R&D products by developing outstanding capabilities that will participate in new drug discovery together with scientists, in trial efficiency and cycle time reduction, leveraging Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. This is a great role for someone who is analytical, creative, curious, with strong attention to detail. Main responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis and provide input to solution design and architecture to ensure the solution meets requirements.
  • Performs exploratory data analysis and feature generation
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders on enterprise data models and definitions
  • Partner with stakeholders to get buy-in on, develop, and implement Sanofi’s data management standards, policies, and best practices
  • Gather requirements needed to sustainably implement data management standards

About you

Experience:

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of databases and data structures, and
  • Previous experience working with tools used to support data management, specifically business glossary and metadata management, data cataloging, and data quality
  • Experience developing best Lean & Agile practices, policies, and/or procedures
  • Have worked in an environment with stringent privacy laws and regulations
  • Experience in a healthcare company while not essential would be a strong plus

Soft skills:

  • Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative
  • Problem solving & critical thinking

Technical Skills

  • Strong experience in SQL writing and profiling of Data & Python
  • Good knowledge of cloud computing and data storages. Knowing AWS is a plus
  • One or multiple of the following visualization skills: Tableau, PowerBI, seaborn, matplolib, plotly, ggplot, bokeh
  • Project management & support: JIRA projects & service desk, Confluence, Teams
  • Knowledge of Informatica Suite of Tools

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics

Languages: English
