Under the supervision of the CHC Global Science Quality Head, the incumbent will ensure that the CHC Innovation projects are conducted in compliance with GxP and CHC quality standards and requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all Innovation projects are conducted in compliance with Global & local GxP Quality requirements

• Take accountability as Quality Innovation Expert for the local/global Innovation Committees

• Be an active member of project team as the GQ representative and quality expert

• Activate the quality network supporting the Innovation projects

• As a member of Global Science Quality and Global Quality:

  -Support new quality systems roll out in Innovation where applicable 

  -Provide reports of Quality highlights for area of responsibility 

  -Report relevant information to prevent or revert quality crisis 

  -Escalate quality risk & concerns to direct manager in appropriate timelines 

  -Manages special projects assigned by supervisor as relevant 

  -Participate to quality meetings as Innovation quality representative (e.g. Quality Community, extended-GQLT…) 

About You

• Sound knowledge and experience in new product development and in quality

• Team player, recognized leadership, client orientation, change agent, decision maker, business partner, influential skills, assertiveness, networking capability, strategic thinking

• Experience with quality systems and new product projects

• English is compulsory (working language) - French knowledge is a plus - other languages welcomed
