JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Supply Chain Excellence Lead, a Core member of the Supply Chain France leadership team, #1 Country for OPELLA - EULA (Europe & Latam). The objective will be to develop functional excellence within the Opella France Supply Chain team through the management of cross-functional improvement initiatives, performance monitoring, and adherence to internal control processes. In this role you will play a key role in developing & implementing the direction and investment strategy for supply chain processes, consequently delivering added value and competitive advantage for the business.

Missions :

Manage the Supply Chain Excellence Team.

  • Defines the orientations and evolutions of the unit.
  • Encourages and strengthens autonomy, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration within the team and with key internal and external partners.

Monitor the Performance of France Supply Chain :

  • Define relevant indicators for monitoring performance in collaboration with all teams, identifies areas for improvement and develop associated action plans. 

Manage the Internal Control and Quality Processes of the Supply Chain :

  • Collaborate with the Internal Control team, and take part in the evolution of internal control processes within the Supply Chain perimeter. 

Systems, Tools and Master Data

  • Partner with Digital Teams, coordinate implementation and leads training about the tools (SAP etc).
  • Manage Article, Client, and Commercial Condition Master Data in the system : oversee the implementation of tarifs and commercial conditions in back-office order-taking systems and optimizes the processes for creating and updating key reference data.

Develop Eco-Responsible Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement :

  • Develop processes and manage the fulfillment of commitments to specialized external organizations such as ACL, Adelphe, ecosystem, etc.
  • Monitors external developments and proposes improvement initiatives.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Professional skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw clear conclusions and act on business KPI’s
  • Excellent oral & written communication and organizational skills to drive influence
  • Team player with self-drive, willing to be hands on and add value in a dynamic and changing organization
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects / streams
  • Knowledge of tools and systems (SAP, CCM), Business Intelligence tools Power BI
  • Your level of English language is fluent.

Work Experience

  • Strong background and expertise in Supply Chain, preferably in Pharma Industry
  • Demonstrated experience in managing change projects and working effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., Carriers)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Lean Management
  • Previous experience in team management.

Education and Training

  • PhD, Engineer or Master's degree in Supply chain.
