You will have responsibility for a strategic role where you will define the JBP strategy with our key partners, set up new customers operating models to prepare the organization for the future, be accountable for the execution of the JBP strategy locally, partner with the Head of eCommerce in the markets to attain/maintain operational excellence and continuous improvement to offer a seamless consumer experience on our brands. In addition, you will ensure value delivery by using performance metrics and analysis.

Main responsibilities

  • Define JBP Strategy across multiple geographies and customers with the idea to drive scalable capabilities, drive synergies and help to push standards

  • Work in collaboration with local Head of eCommerce and counsel large customers leads

  • Drive effective customer relationship with players like Amazon, Redcare & other Global Players like ZurRose

  • Leverage partnership online as eCommerce penetration increases and assimilate back into the core of the business to drive full funnel Marketing and bring insights to Commercial teams  

  • Customer P&L Management

  • Deliver financial objectives and brand results linked to the relevant customers/accounts through profitable business plan negotiation

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction using a collaborative approach whilst striving towards mutually beneficial results

  • Shape the long-term customer relationship with comprehensive vertical business management approach owning the process from top to bottom.

  • Define Best-in-Class Customer Partnership and share best practices across the Global eCommerce community to accelerate execution & growth

  • Work in collaboration with Global & local Brands, Supply Chain, Sales, eCommerce & Digital teams

  • Managing & Coordinating teams, coaching, mentoring and experience managing performance driven by service level standards and KPIs

About you

  • Master’s Degree

  • 8 years' experience in eCommerce / Sales

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and action-oriented

  • Broader understanding of eCommerce and Digital ecosystem (Understands ecommerce algorithms, how to to influence them)

  • Strong communication skills, experience influencing & convincing internal & external stakeholders

  • Fast learner, flexible and able to adapt to an ever-evolving working environment and competitive market dynamics

  • Test & Learn mindset

  • Business related financial knowledge

  • Understands how to optimize P&L

  • Can produce business plans

  • Experience in Healthcare/Pure Players/GAFAM

  • Experience in Supply Chain

  • Proven track-record at building sustainable partnership with a Customer

  • English required, local language is a plus
