About the job

As the Global People Business Partner for LEBI, Internal Audit & Partnering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our capabilities and supporting our teams through transformation and growth. You will collaborate closely with the P&C Centers of Excellence, PBP, and local People Excellence Partners to drive P&C strategies that support the CF’s teams in achieving their goals. This role demands a forward-thinking and inclusive approach, ensuring that all employees feel valued and empowered. You will support an ExCom Member and be a member of his/her Leadership team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Coaching and Strategic Guidance: Coach and advise global leadership to shape and enable the people agenda and business strategy, guiding them on strategic planning activities.
  • Global Strategic Contributions: Contribute to global strategic activities such as workforce and succession planning, talent and leadership development, and culture initiatives by providing the GF respective input.
  • Collaboration with COEs: Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to tailor global solutions and best practices, ensuring that business needs are met.
  • Change Management: Drive the change agenda and key projects at a global level to build capability.
  • Strategic Thinking Promotion: Promote strategic thinking with business leaders, proactively challenging the status quo.
  • Talent Acquisition: Provide GF input to understand and shape requirements for the respective workforce segment and partner with Talent Acquisition teams in hiring global L4+ roles.
  • Talent Management: Ensure talent strategy deployment at the GF level in partnership with the Global TM GF lead. Review the Global LT succession depth to ensure appropriate talent density. Know Accelerate and selected Advance talents at the Global BU/GF level. Coach and advise Global LT on talent reviews, succession, and development of the leadership pipeline. Drive the importance of talent principles through coaching the leadership team, including encouraging bold moves on talent inside and outside the GF. (Approx. 40-50% of time spent on Talent Management).
  • Data-Driven Insights: Advise the business based on data and insights on the respective workforce segment to enable a strategic P&C agenda within the area of responsibility. Anticipate and identify global business needs and challenges.
  • Organizational Design and Effectiveness: Work with the business to shape the operating model and organizational design. Coordinate and manage business and organizational changes globally (e.g., mergers, divestitures, NBM) in conjunction with other global GBU/GF People Business Partners and OC&T.
  • Culture and DEI Promotion: Promote Sanofi's DEI and culture by driving programs and initiatives to increase engagement within the respective GBU/GF.
  • Employee Relations: Advise on high-profile/severe cases and act as an escalation point for high-profile cases in global teams.

About You

  • Experience: Proven experience in business partner roles within highly dynamic environments and managing senior stakeholders. Strong business acumen with the ability to work transversally and in a multinational environment. Proficient in data management and analytical thinking with clear communication skills. Experience with Business Operations Centers is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: The ideal candidate is hands-on and able to see the big picture, engaging, influencing, consulting, and coaching senior leaders as well as the entire P&C teams across geographies.
  • Languages: Strong communication skills in English are required to work effectively across countries, business functions, and levels. Proficiency in French is a plus.
