Your job, as Head of Supply Chain, Key Markets, within our global Supply Chain, will be to deliver first class business partnership with GBU Leaders for Key Markets and GMs in Key Markets.

Main responsibilities:

You will be accountable for all in-market Supply Chain (SC) activities across GBUs for all Key Markets, covering 24 markets (representation of Key Markets at the Market Supply Chain Leadership Team), leading a large team of supply chain professionals.

• Ensures that SC Design, Planning and Execution deliver Patient, Customer and Business needs.
• Set the strategy and tactical execution of the Key Market Supply Chain in line with Global Supply Chain strategy.
• Lead the Key Market Supply Chain Team, with focus on Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Succession Planning and Leadership Development
• Ensure first class business partnership with GBU Leaders for Key Markets and GMs in Key Markets
• Improve overall Supply Chain Performance
• Encourage advanced use of Global Supply Chain tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Ensure a first in class and diverse team by leveraging people competencies, reinforcing capabilities, developing all supply chain people.
• Implement key organization changes, transformational programs, and projects.
• Review and optimize route to markets with strong focus on balancing business and product strategy, patient needs and cost to serve.
• Represent Sanofi in local trade associations on the topics of Supply Chain

About you: 

• Experience: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive transformation and innovation

• Soft and technical skills:
  • Enterprise Leaders and decision maker
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with internal partners to develop and deliver short – medium term strategies with a 0–5-year time horizon.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate & inspire at all levels across a matrix structure up to Executive -1 level.

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or similar. APICS certification is an asset.  Advanced degrees are an asset.

• Languages: Fluent in English, additional languages are considered an asset.
