Accelerate Sanofi market share growth by fostering a culture of data-driven decisions and superior outside-in understanding of sales/share & drivers including detailed view on competitors. Main responsibilities

  • Owns the Why, What and When of our lead marketing allocation digital product: responsible for the product vision and roadmap in alignment with broader organization goals.

  • Owns the user experience – internal voice of the user in the pod (product team), supported by UX/CX.

  • Works with the scrum master and the engineering team daily, maintaining team health.

  • Impacts business decisions with algorithmic optimisation & track value delivered.

  • incorporate user feedbacks to ensure continuous value delivery.

  • Develop launch plans, ensure readiness of the various cross-functional partners.

  • Provide consistent updates to leadership and executives, making communication easy and clear regarding product issues and decisions to be made…

About you

  • BS degree or higher (or equivalent); Masters’ degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., data science, statistics, applied mathematics, or economics) is preferred

  • Product management guiding large-scale data centric software product, consumer marketing, direct experience with marketing mix modelling is a plus.

  • Agile/Scrum practices with Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence), Deep understanding of User Experience principles.

  • Leadership of large multi-department teams, data-driven decision-making, communicating across and top down, creative solution seeking, prioritizing among conflicting priorities.

  • English fluent
