Our Team:

Opella Global Quality is a team of highly motivated people to build the state-of the-art quality with an E2E approach across CHC business areas and ensure best quality and compliance for our patients safety.

Within Global Quality, the Global Science Quality Team is the gatekeeper of quality for all regulated activities in Science (Development & Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, Medical/Clinical and Innovation projects).

  • We lead and manage the implementation of the quality management systems within Science organisation to ensure activities and data are managed in compliance with the Global Quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • We lead quality improvement activities in alignment with top management expectations and business requirements towards the construction of the FMCH company
  • We partner with the functions to build embedded Quality
  • We ensure hands-on support on all quality activities within CHC Science.

Responsibilities :

Within Opella Global Quality, you will be responsible to lead and deliver the optimization and simplification of the Quality Document System at Compiegne Development Center (DC) in line with the global requirements and the business needs.

During your 6-month internship, your main tasks will be to

  • Ensure good understanding of our matrix organisation and DC activities and map all currents QDs applicable in the DC (approx. 700 QDs)

  • Identify opportunities for improvement (eg duplication, grouping, removal, …)

  • Propose an action plan with a significant reduction target and get approval from all stakeholders

  • Work with all business stakeholders to lead, facilitate and coordinate the delivery of the action plan in full and in time

  • Work closely with the QD & Training Coordinator to ensure the training requirements and curriculum are adjusted in timely manner

  • You will interact with all development stakeholders, and this will be a great opportunity to learn and step in development activities and understand the challenges.

  • You will interact with the local DC Quality Team and learn about the Quality Document system which is supporting the foundation of our industry and the entry door for inspectors. You will also get involved in the Learning Management system.

  • You will have international exposure, working with the Quality Managers in our DCs in Vietnam and Australia.

About you

  • Education: pharmacist student in Master

  • Languages: English is compulsory (working language)
