What You’ll Do:

Customer Engagement and Conversion: 🎯

  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to ensure a seamless client experience.

  • Convert leads into satisfied customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Enhance brand awareness through SEO strategies, increasing qualified web traffic from Germany and Austria.

  • Maintain and update content to ensure it is relevant and engaging for the DACH market.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors to refine and improve our approach.

Develop Market Presence: 🌍

  • Spearhead the expansion of noCRM.io in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

  • Work directly with the Head of Growth, a German speaker, to tailor strategies for the DACH market.

  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads and establish partnerships.

  • Adapt and localize marketing materials, including blog posts, landing pages, and event content, to resonate with the DACH audience.

Autonomy and Innovation: 🚀

  • Utilize creative freedom to explore and implement new acquisition channels.

  • Drive new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key sales teams in the region.


Preferred experience

Educational Background: 🎓

  • Master Degree in business or marketing.

Experience: 📈

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in the SaaS industry. Experience in digital marketing and SEO is a plus.

  • Understanding of digital acquisition tactics and customer engagement strategies.

Language Skills: 🗣️

  • Native German speaker.

  • High proficiency in English (strong communication skills for effective collaboration with our team).

  • Proficiency in additional languages (advantageous but not mandatory).

Personal Attributes: 💼

  • Passionate about sales, marketing, and achieving results.

  • Excellent writing skills with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a readiness to take on responsibilities.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable making calls and attending industry events.
