Summary
As a Key Account Manager, you own a large account and its subsidiaries that are critical to SBS’s success and ensure that they are receiving excellent service. You will define, execute, and manage a key account strategic plan that generates revenue growth and client satisfaction.
By leveraging client satisfaction and maintaining relationships at the CXO level, you will grow the key account while realizing mutually beneficial value and helping achieve strategic targets for both the key account and SBS.
Key Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager, you will be part of SBS’s sales team and will report to a Regional Sales Leader:
Client Relationship Management
- Lead the overall development of SBS’s key accounts.
- Manage and coordinate the key account team (experts, Client Manager Representatives[VT1] , Architect, delivery...).
- Develop a deep understanding of customers[VT2] ’ pain points and needs.
- Establish and maintain solid and trusting long-term relationships at the CXO level between SBS and its most important and high-value client.
- Secure the cash and invoices payment.[DC3]
Account Development and Sales
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives and open opportunities with alternate divisions within a customer’s organization.
- Identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.
- Oversee the sales approach, sign complex contracts and engage SBS stakeholders at the highest level.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop and execute a strategic plan consistent with SBS’s global strategy, break it down into concrete actions, and implement them.
- Define sales targets for the account and its different subsidiaries.
- Develop a specific sales strategy aligned with the Group’s strategy for the key account.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Participate in the recruitment and development of the account team.
- Responsible for coordinating with various departments within SBS to deliver top-quality customer service.
- Mobilize and manage the team involved in the execution of the account plan.
- Promote SBS’s collective objective to the key account team and make decisions for the account aligned with the Group’s strategy.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting
- Oversee sales reporting and analysis.
- Supervise the achievement of sales targets within the specific account.
- Conduct accurate forecasting aligned with SBS’s objectives.
- Committed on forecasted quarterly revenues.
Market Knowledge
- Identify competitors and understand their role in the customer’s business.
- Interpret market data and provide those insights to improve sales strategies and enhance team efficiency.
- Identify market trends to anticipate key account changes and improvements.
