Quipu is a SaaS – cloud-based software – that was created over 10 years ago with the aim of simplifying the tedious management of administrative and accounting processes for SMEs, freelancers, and consultancies.

A year ago, we joined forces with Sellsy – a leading CRM in France – to offer a more comprehensive experience for our clients, providing not only invoicing and cash management solutions but an all-in-one business management system.

Job description

To support our scale, we are looking for a Senior People coordinator to join the Sellsy Group's People team. Based in Spain (Barcelona) & Reporting to our Head of People.

The Barcelona office employs around 50 people. You will work closely with Roger - Country Manager - based on site. Your role will consist of: 

  • Ensure the implementation of HR projects and processes: performance reviews, training plans, onboarding/offboarding, employment contracts, etc…

  • Support managers on various HR issues: disciplinary, legal, career management, etc.

  • Ensures that HR practices comply with legal requirements, and ensures that they evolve if necessary.

  • Participate in drawing up the annual HR Road Map, bringing in new value-creating practices based on your knowledge of the start-up culture and HR processes.


Preferred experience

Preferred Experience

  •  At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.

  • A well-rounded experience on a variety of HR-related topics: recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, legal.

  • You are able to manage all kinds of subjects and share your ideas and recommendations.

  • An ability to build trust and develop strong working relationships at all levels of an organization. 

  • You use data to analyse a problem and recommend a solution.

  • An excellent writing and conversational communications skills in both Spain and English.

  • A good understanding of written and spoken French would be a plus.

  • An experience in an international company

  • Organizational skills. You know how to prioritize your work and follow processes.
