What will your daily life at Semji look like?

You’ll be the 2nd Product Manager, at the heart of a passionate R&D team (currently 12 people), ambitious and innovative, eagerly waiting to collaborate with you to shape the future of our SaaS platform.

As a Product Manager at Semji, your main missions will be:

Product Strategy

  • In collaboration with the Product Committee and various stakeholders (CSM, Marketing, and Sales), develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing new features and improvements.

  • Define and analyze product metrics as well as customer feedback to guide decisions and optimize user experience.

Product Discovery

  • Analyze the market, competition, and customer needs to identify innovation opportunities.

  • Lead brainstorming sessions and design workshops to stimulate product innovation.

Product Delivery

  • Collaborate with Product Designers and Techs to design mockups and write detailed functional specifications.

  • Actively participate in our agile rituals (Weekly synchro, daily, release retros, …) to ensure continuous delivery of value.

  • Support Techs daily to quickly and efficiently bring evolutions into production.

Product Marketing

  • Regularly communicate the Product vision in an inspiring way to internal teams and our customers.

  • Train teams to maximize the impact of each of our new features.


Preferred experience

The DNA to succeed at Semji

You have

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a MarTech SaaS company.

  • A Master’s degree in product management, computer science, data, or related field.

  • Successful experience in launching and managing innovative B2B products.

  • Knowledge and mastery of product management methodologies (Agile, Kanban, Lean).

  • Experience using project management and product management tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Cycle, Figma, Asana, Gitlab, Github, etc.

  • Data analysis skills and a good ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Bonus: a deep understanding of content marketing, SEO, and generative AI challenges.

  • A team player at heart, you have excellent communication skills that allow you to understand our clients’ challenges as well as evangelize internally about the benefits of the features you develop.

Your work environment at Semji

  • Location: Lyon 9th (Metro D - Gare de Vaise).

  • 2 days of remote work / week if you wish.

  • Salary range between 45k and 60k annual gross fixed, depending on experience.
