We are searching for a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Noida to help process, track, and record payments accurately, efficiently, and timely. The AP specialist will have a daily, ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and good terms with our valued partners.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will:
Be responsible for the Account Payable process for our entitiesReview and booking of the invoices in our tool,Check analytics according to our Group rulesFollow approval workflows and send reminders if neededParticipate in Monthly and Annual closing: Suppliers accruals review, A/P reviewParticipate in the optimization of processes & tools for ProcurementShare best practices and prepare workshops to ensure that all stakeholders have the right informationWhat will contribute to your success:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA/M.Com/CPA).Certifications like CAPP & CAPS are a plus.The knowledge of NetSuite or Procurement software can be a plus2 to 4 years of experience in A/P accounting is appreciatedYou are curious by nature, organized, willing to learn new things and develop/improve your hard & soft skillsWilling to help the team in working on high-impact projects, clearly communicate progress, and deliver on timeYou are a team player with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative & international environmentInterview Process
