We're on the hunt for a creative and motivated Video Content Creator to join our Client Ops & Knowledge team as an Apprentice to help us craft engaging and educational videos about Brevo’s features.

If you're passionate about video production and eager to make a real impact with engaging content for our clients in a fast-growing company, this role is perfect for you. You'll get to work across various platforms and collaborate with multiple teams to take our video offerings to the next level by creating and maintaining clear, well-structured screencasts and didactical videos that simplify complex topics for our users. Your videos will be key in contributing to enhanced user experience and client engagement metrics!

As a Video Content Creator, you will :

  • Develop and produce high quality video content: Craft and deliver awesome video content for our clients, covering everything from help center tutorials to marketing resources, onboarding portals, and product tour videos.
  • Innovate on video formats: Shake things up by improving our existing video formats, like AI-generated content and screencasts, to better meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Team up with stakeholders across different departments to deliver high-quality video content quickly and efficiently, maintaining a consistent visual and audio style in line with our Brevo brand.
  • What will contribute to your success :

  • You are a minimum Bac+3 student seeking an apprenticeship (contrat d’alternance)
  • You’re proficient in video editing and video production (experience using tools such as Camtasia, Veed.io, etc...). 
  • You’re comfortable with screencasting software and know how to structure engaging tutorials.
  • You are enthusiastic about exploring software tools and have a knack for simplifying complex subjects.
  • You’re detail-oriented and strive for high-quality, polished content.
  • You’re fluent in English (French is a plus!) and are able to communicate with different teams and stakeholders!
