Working with Christophe and Stéphane means benefiting from the knowledge of two experts in retail and e-commerce. They have over 20 years' experience in the sector and have added value to numerous digital transformation projects.
In 2017, they founded Sensefuel with one goal: to help retailers perform online by transforming every e-commerce visit into a personal shopping experience. Today, more than 100 brands and retailers across Europe offer hyper-individualised product searches to their consumers thanks to Sensefuel's technologies.

At Sensefuel, the tech team brings together all the skills needed to develop our search solution. It is made up of 50% of the company's workforce, structured into 4 teams, and organises its projects into feature teams:
A Users & Experiences team focuses on the user experience of our solution (UI and API for external/internal customers).
A Core & Workflow team focuses on the internal core of the solution, based on a microservices architecture.
A Learn & Rank team develops algorithms using various AI techniques to guarantee the engine's performance.
A DevOps team is responsible for the continuous improvement of processes and tools.

The Customer Journey teams aim to ensure the company's growth and maximise customer satisfaction by offering solutions tailored to their needs:
The Marketing team. This team is responsible for implementing effective strategies to promote our search e-commerce solution, through the creation of relevant content for potential customers.
The Sales team. This team is responsible for prospecting and selling our search e-commerce solution. Its mission is to guide customers, in particular through tests, to ensure that their experience is a positive and satisfactory one.
The Customer Success team. This team ensures that customers are satisfied by providing them with personalised support and by answering their needs and questions.
