The Store Manager develops and coordinates the commercial, human and economic strategy of the shop in line with the overall strategy of the organisation.

As the manager of her/his shop, she/he is responsible for the relevance of her/his business and commercial decisions, her/his management and the achievement of sales and customer satisfaction targets.

As manager, she/he leads and coordinates the activities of the team, defines the objectives to be achieved and supports employees in developing their skills on a daily basis.

Together with the team, she/he makes innovative and meaningful concepts to increase the performance and profitability of his business. As a representative of the brand, he/she guarantees the image of the Sessùn company.

Sessun is looking for a Store Manager (w/m/d) for its new Corner in the Alsterhaus Department Store in Hamburg :

- Fix salary ca 3700 Euro brutto (according to experience to be discussed) + monthly Bonus
