• Develop and Maintain Cell and battery pack commodity strategy to support business strategy and growth aspirations.
• Identify, represent and develop, maintain relationships with best sources of Cell and battery pack.
• Responsible for marketing intelligence research to understand Cell and battery pack market variation to understand risk and opportunities.
• Routine work including RFQs, CBOM and cost tracker maintain, SRM maintain etc.
• Cooperate with cross functional team( US EE, China EE, NPI, categorty, quality team….) to delivery NPI projects on time, on cost and on quality.
• Continuous benchmark follow-up on related product activities.
• Deliver monthly reports or summaries as assigned by management.
• Multi-cultural working style to communicate and growth with team
• Responsible and ensure that all purchasing actions are taken in accordance with relevant policies, regulations and ethics.

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

• 10+ years and above of experience in Cell and battery pack.
• Knowledge/Experience of electronics products, PCBA, BMS, Electronica components, small home appliances related manufacturing process.
• Strategic thinking with leadership proof.
• Excellent communication, Interpersonal & effective negotiation skills
• Teamwork orientated, self-motivated & able to work Independently
• Strong supplier quality, project management & mechanical & electrical engineering background
• High work ethic and attitude
• Hardworking and flexible working time
• Able to work in a very fast paced environment as a team member
• Good communication in English, written and oral, is a MUST. Good skill in office software, like Excel and Access.

Travel Requirements

• Be flexible for domestic and international travel.
