The position

Job description

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of scaling our marketing efforts and driving measurable growth. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Develop and Execute Data-driven Growth strategies

    • Create and implement strategies to optimize the AARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).

    • Align growth marketing initiatives with business goals to generate 30% of company leads through marketing by the end of 2025.

  2. Run experiments and A/B tests

    • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests across channels and campaigns.

    • Conduct experiments that reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) by 20% and improve lead-to-opportunity conversion rates by 15%.

  3. Contribute to lead generation through Digital channels

    • Help manage paid and organic campaigns, including Pay-Per-Click, paid social, SEO, and email marketing.

    • Collaborate with the content and performance marketing teams to ensure impactful messaging and creatives.

  4. Optimize the Website as a Growth driver

    • Analyze user behavior and optimize conversion paths to enhance website performance as a lead-generation tool.

    • Create and manage nurturing campaigns to guide leads through the funnel.

  5. Collaborate across teams

    • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing campaigns drive qualified leads and enhance retention efforts.

    • Work closely with the Performance Marketer to design and execute paid campaigns and align outbound and inbound efforts.


Preferred experience

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Growth marketing, ideally in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.

  • Expertise in optimizing AARRR funnels and running data-driven campaigns.

  • Proficient in analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Metabase.

  • Proven experience in designing and running experiments and A/B tests.

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute campaigns end-to-end.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience with international marketing campaigns.

  • Knowledge of scaling marketing operations and CRM tools like HubSpot.

  • Familiarity with the French and European markets.

  • Experience in both B2B and SMB growth strategies.
