The position

At Siemens GBS, we are expanding our services and currently looking for a proactive colleague to join our team as Instrument Logistics Specialist in Prague or in Ostrava. What your new role looks like?

  • You manage customer orders for instruments and accessories at Siemens Healthineers for various countries
  • You process customer orders according to commercial principles and comply with all other relevant regulations and objectives.
  • You track deliveries and coordinate them with other services that are needed to fulfill contractual obligations.
  • You ensure timely invoicing
  • You correct and/or escalate proactively deviations from the target state
  • You process and respond to written and telephone inquiries from customers, suppliers, and internal partners
  • You create reports as part of logistics controlling

What do you need to make real what matters?

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English languages
  • You have experience with SAP modules SD and MM and can easily work with MS Office 365 applications
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Open-mindedness, 'can do' attitude and positive attitude to perform tasks
  • You have a degree in a business-related field, ideally with a focus on logistics, or you have a commercial education and several years of experience in handling customer orders
  • You have practical experience in evaluating and analyzing data sets
