You’ll Make a Difference By:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
- Ensuring smooth office operations, including ordering overhead materials (hardware, software, equipment, training, etc.)
- Managing attendance and property records (attendance tracking, leave requests, sick leave, inventory, etc.)
- Handling team car-related administration (car reports, service orders, communication with fleet management, etc.)
- Collaborating closely with the purchasing, IT, HR, marketing, and other central departments
- Scheduling and organizing meetings
- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
- Supporting team members with travel arrangements (flights, visas, insurance, accommodation, etc.)
- Gaining hands-on experience in global business development by supporting team members in their business projects

Your Success is Grounded In:
- Completed high school education (further education in Economics/Business is an advantage)
- Proficiency in English and Czech
- Availability to work at least three days per week
- Strong skills in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Reliability and independence
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an international work environment
- Prior administrative experience
