As a Product Marketing Manager at Sifflet, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how our cutting-edge Data Observability solutions are positioned in the market. You will bridge the gap between product and go-to-market teams, ensuring that our messaging resonates with customers, analysts, and the broader data ecosystem.

In This Role, You Will:

🚀 Transform Product Capabilities into Market Impact

  • Translate product features and strategy into compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

  • Define personas, use cases, and competitive differentiators to sharpen our GTM execution.

  • Develop launch plans for new features and releases, ensuring cross-functional alignment.

📢 Drive Awareness & Market Influence

  • Own analyst relationships (Gartner, Forrester, G2…) to influence industry perception and ensure strong representation of Sifflet.

  • Manage customer reviews and testimonials, leveraging insights to strengthen our credibility.

  • Establish Sifflet as a thought leader in Data Observability through market intelligence, research, and storytelling.

🔍 Enable Sales & GTM Execution

  • Equip Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams with battlecards, competitive insights, and training to effectively position Sifflet.

  • Build compelling narratives and collateral that drive demand and engagement across channels.

  • Partner with the Head of Content to refine Sifflet’s messaging and positioning for maximum impact.

📊 Be the Voice of the Market & Influence Product Strategy

  • Gather customer and market feedback to refine our product strategy and roadmap.

  • Identify emerging trends in the Data Observability space and translate them into actionable insights.

  • Act as the internal expert on the competitive landscape, ensuring Sifflet stays ahead.

Preferred experience

Proven experience (5+ years) in Product Marketing
✅ Strong understanding of the Modern Data Stack and Data Observability trends.
✅ Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
✅ Experience working with analysts (Gartner, Forrester) and managing customer reviews (G2, Peer Insights, etc.).
Cross-functional mindset—you thrive working at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing.
✅ Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a passion for data and technology.
Proficiency in English is required, another European language is a plus.
