Position: Financial Operations Manager

At the centre of financial operations, your responsibilities will include:

  • Controlling all flows relating to loans originated by Silvr: setting up the appropriate dashboards and KPIs for this purpose; reconciling cash flows with contractual commitments in order to justify any discrepancies.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the contractual commitments made by Silvr to the SPVs bearing the loans are complied with: check loan eligibility conditions, verify disbursements, initiate and check cash receipts, prepare transfers of sums collected on the loans to the SPVs, monitor the loans eligible for the Silvr guarantee; set up the appropriate management charts, procedures and monitoring tools in coordination with the operations team and the R&D team; design the reporting tables for the SPVs; check the SPVs' periodic reports.
  • Contribute to the modeling of loan portfolio flows and SPV balances as part of the preparation of the business plan.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a financial or audit position,
  • Ability to understand the financial equilibrium of a lending business,
  • Proficiency in xls/Google sheet, VBA/SQL, database,
  • Strong organisation and accuracy skills, 
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ambition to support growth in a tech environment.
  • Fluency in English.
