You will join our Sales team and be in charge of:
Assisting the sales team in identifying and managing leads, updating the list of prospects in the CRM and tracking their progress.
Providing administrative support for the preparation of invoices and their transmission to customers, in liaison with the finance team.
Assisting with CRM management (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.), ensuring that prospect and customer information is kept up to date, and that data quality is maintained.
Assisting in the proofreading of sales proposals, checking documents for consistency, clarity and conformity.
Ensuring follow-up of offers sent, contracts pending and status of negotiations.
Assisting with sales performance reporting and sales analysis (monitoring KPIs, preparing dashboards).
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, management, marketing or business administration.
Good command of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience or knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce).
Basic knowledge of billing management and administrative processes.
Thoroughness and attention to detail in proofreading sales proposals.
Autonomy and ability to multi-task.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Organization and ability to work effectively under pressure.
Team spirit, dynamism and proactivity.
Sense of initiative and ability to anticipate the needs of sales teams.
